Booking conditions for private customer

Please, try to make your reservation prior to your arrival!

Room reservation can be done by e-mail. The message must include the following information:
– Name
– Address
– Telephone number

Room reservation contract is binding on both parties. In the event of breach of contract, the breaching party is liable to pay compensation for the non-breaching party.

If reservation causes any additional costs for the hotel, the customer is liable to pay for all costs incurred.

Compensation for not using the reserved room is counted in accordance with the following conditions:

a) The cancellation is free of charge, if cancelled no later than 18:00 on the day before arrival.

b) If cancelled later than 18:00 on the day before arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.

c) If you are a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our hostel. Fine for violating the rule 200€.
If you cause a fire alarm with your actions (smoking, cooking etc.), we will charge a fine of 200€

In case you want to pay in advance, your message must include the following information:
– Dates of your stay
– Name of the reserver
– Room type

Please notice: If you pay by bank transfer, we kindly ask you to inform us of your payment so that we won’t accidentally charge you twice.

Please, inform us your estimated time of arrival. We won’t be at the reception 24/7.

Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. The room must be vacated no later than by 12 noon on the day of departure.
If you wish to stay longer, we will charge an additional fee of 10€/hour, provided that the room is not booked afterwards.

There is a door code at the D stair to make it easier to get around.
